How to delete your account

In the app

Open Tinynap → Settings → Account → Delete account and confirm. If your version of the app does not have this option yet, write to us as described below.

Without the app

Write to support@tinynap.app from the address you sign in to Tinynap with, with the subject “Delete account”. If you sign in with Google or Apple, use the email of that account.

We will check that the email came from the account's address, reply within 2 business days, and let you know when the deletion is complete. You don't need to send anything except the email.

What gets deleted

• Your account and sign-in data.
• The baby profile, all sleep entries and notes.
• Settings and consents.
• Subscription records on our server and at RevenueCat.

Everything is erased within 30 days of the request, including backups.

What you need to do yourself

• Cancel the subscription in the App Store or Google Play — deleting the account does not cancel it.
• Delete the app from your phone — the local database goes with it.

Purchase history is kept by Apple and Google under their own rules.
