Tinynap

Terms of use

Draft, under legal review

Version 0.2 of November 3, 2026

About the app

Tinynap is a baby sleep diary with daily schedule suggestions based on a pediatric sleep consultant's method. The app is provided by Marat Khabibullin (an individual, Kazakhstan). By using the app you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy.

Not a medical app

Tinynap is not a medical app and does not replace a doctor. Schedule suggestions are general sleep advice, not a diagnosis or treatment. If you are worried about your baby's health, sleep or development, talk to a pediatrician. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.

Your account

The account is created by an adult parent or another legal guardian of the child. You are responsible for entering only data that is yours or that you have the right to enter, and for access to your phone and your Google or Apple account.

Subscription

Some features require a subscription. Prices:

The exact price in your currency is shown in the App Store or Google Play before you buy.

Liability

We do our best to keep the app working and its suggestions accurate, but we provide it “as is” and do not guarantee that a schedule will suit every child. Decisions about your baby's health and care are yours, together with a doctor when needed.

These terms do not limit the consumer rights you have under the law of your country.

Ending use

You can stop using the app at any time and delete your account. We may block an account used for attacks or to break the law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan. If a dispute arises, please write to us at support@tinynap.app first — we will try to resolve it out of court.

Changes to these terms

A new version is published on this page, with its number and date at the top. We will warn you in advance about significant changes.
